Please give yourself ample time to find parking. We do not have a parking lot but there is 2-hour street parking in front of the building.
When you arrive, please use the SELF-CHECK IN QR CODE which is located at the front desk.
In the event that the front doors are locked (if our receptionist is on a break) please use the virtual self-check-in QR code that will be hanging on the door to let your practitioner know that you have arrived.
