I have recently moved to Unit 102-125 Wallace Street, inside the SAGE CLINIC, a shared clinic space with Sage Midwives. If you have previously seen me at ISLAND OPTIMAL, you do not need to book an initial visit, unless it has been longer than ONE YEAR since our last visit. Otherwise, please book a follow-up.

If you are booking your first visit as an adult or teen: We recommend booking 1-2 follow up appointments spaced about 2 weeks apart to ensure proper follow-up and treatment planning.
For new babies/toddlers or children: We recommend booking 1-2 follow up appointments spaced about one week apart to secure your spot for a follow-up.
APPOINTMENT CANCELATIONS
We ask for 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment so that I have enough time to contact patients on the waitlist. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee.
